If your question is about a specific clip, include the phone model, the lighting in the room and whether the footage was filmed handheld or on a support. That is usually enough for us to identify the cause.

Do you review footage for readers?

Yes, if it helps explain a technique. Send a short clip or three still frames and describe what you expected to happen.

Can we work with your team?

Occasionally, when a project matches what we cover. Use the form and describe the scope, timeline and deliverables.

How do I request a data or privacy enquiry?

Choose the privacy option in the form, or write directly to [email protected]. Requests are handled within the period required by applicable law.
